*Synthesis and physical properties of new layered sulfide oxides with perovskite-type oxide layers
Discovered several new sulfide oxides such as (Cu2S2)(Sr3Sc2O5) and (Cu2S2)(Sr2CuO2).

*Bulk single crystal growth of wide band gap semiconductor materials by solvothermal method
